The Ultimate Arrow for Recurve Competition
The Easton X10 has won more world and Olympic titles than any other arrow – or any other archery product of any kind – since its competition debut at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, USA.
An Unrivaled Olympic Track Record
Since its victorious gold medal debut, the X10 has been used to win every Olympic medal since the Atlanta Games. No other arrow can claim such an achievement.
This absolute dominance on the Olympic stage testifies to the exceptional precision, reliability, and performance of the X10.
Unrivaled Synergy of Precision and Durability
The high-modulus carbon fiber over a thin-walled precision aluminum core creates an unrivaled synergy of precision and durability. This innovative construction combines:
- Precision 7075 Alloy Core – Exceptional strength and consistency
- High-strength carbon fiber – Optimal lightness and stiffness
- 9-micron polished carbon finish – Premium protection and aesthetics
Custom Barreled Design
With components designed to match the performance of this ultimate target tube, each X10 size features a custom barreled design, offering:
- Ultimate clearance – Optimal passage between limbs and arrow rest
- Finger release forgiveness – Forgives slight inconsistencies in release
- Correct frequency matching – Optimized for modern recurve bows
The barreled design means the shaft is slightly wider in the middle and thinner at the ends, creating the ideal stiffness profile for recurve archers.
Exceptional Tolerances
The X10 maintains the industry's tightest tolerances:
- Straightness: ± 0.001" – Microscopic precision
- Weight tolerance: ± 0.5 grains per packed dozen
- Weight coded for precise matching between dozens
These exceptional tolerances ensure that every arrow in your set performs identically, eliminating variables and allowing you to focus on your technique.
Proudly Made in USA
Every X10 is proudly made by Easton in the USA, guaranteeing the highest quality standards and rigorous quality control.

Important Notes on Barreled Design
- Average weight: Due to the X10's barreled design, the stated weight is an average in grains per inch of a 29" shaft. The shaft's weight is slightly heavier in the larger diameter center and lighter towards the tapered ends. One inch of shaft cut from the point end typically weighs 6-7 grains.
- Nominal diameter: The nominal outer diameter is measured at the midpoint of the shaft. The ends are smaller. The point end is larger in diameter than the nock end.
- Recommended cut lengths: It is recommended not to cut more than the indicated lengths from the point end of the shaft.
Packaging Information
Boxes of 6 shafts are only available in a standard 32" length.
