Shibuya Primus Center Stabilizer

The generational leap. From MZS to Primus: rigidity and dampening taken to the next level.

Genesis: Born from MZS Experience

The Shibuya Primus was developed as a high-end competition model, benefiting from the accumulated experience with the previous model, the MZS stabilizer. Numerous prototypes were created during the development phase, with meticulous attention to every design detail.

The most significant change: the carbon fiber used was improved, going from 60T to 90T — an unprecedented material change in the Shibuya range. Thanks to this significant redesign of the material and tube construction, extremely high levels of rigidity, lightness, and vibration dampening have been achieved. Compared to the MZS, its performance in terms of rigidity and dampening has been considerably enhanced.

Ultra-High Modulus 90T Carbon with Integrated Dampening

The Primus tube is constructed from high-modulus 90T carbon fiber, with a vibration-dampening material integrated into its structure. This combination offers maximum structural rigidity while effectively absorbing post-shot vibrations — for more stable aiming and cleaner bow feedback.

70 mm High-Rigidity Bushing

The Primus is equipped with a 70 mm bushing made of 2000 series aluminum alloy, designed to ensure a rigid and reliable connection between the tube and the bow, even under heavy weight loads.
